Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed via a credit card guarantee and a completed and signed reservation form sent by fax or by e-mail.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by the client in writing either by email or fax, reception of which must be confirmed by Querido Bed & Breakfast, also in writing. In the event of a reservation being cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival date, no charge will be made to your credit card. If cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival date 30% of the total stay cost will be charged.

No-Show: A no show 24 hours after check in time (15hrs) of the arrival date shall be considered a No Show and the entire stay will be charged at full rate.

Payment: We accept payment in cash, Argentine Pesos or US Dollars, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and Maestro debit cards.
Payment to be made at check-in.

Exchange rate: For payments in Argentine Pesos, the US Dollar/Peso exchange rate of the day of payment will be taken.
